CR8TVE DRESS CODE & TRAINING EXPECTATIONS

At CR8TVE, athletes train in an environment built around intentional development, quality coaching, and safe progression. To ensure athletes are able to move comfortably and train safely, proper training attire is required for all sessions.

Dance Training Blocks

Includes: Dance Technique, Flexibility, Performance Training, Foundations Dance Sessions

• Black leotard, fitted athletic top, or sports bra
• Black shorts or black leggings
• Hair secured away from the face
• Ballet shoes, dance footies, or barefoot depending on session
• No jeans, oversized clothing, or Crocs

Cheer Training Blocks

Includes: Tumble Block, Stunt Block, Jump Block, Conditioning, Foundations Cheer Sessions

• Fitted athletic top, sports bra, or athletic t-shirt
• Black shorts or black leggings
• Hair secured away from the face
• Athletic shoes required for all cheer training
• No jewelry during training sessions

Private Training

Athletes should wear attire based on the skill being trained.

• Dance-focused private training should follow Dance Training attire
• Cheer-focused private training should follow Cheer Training attire
• Athletes should always arrive prepared for movement-based training

General Facility Expectations

• Athletes should bring a water bottle to every session
• Arrive 5-10 minutes before scheduled training
• Respect coaches, fellow athletes, and facility equipment
• Athletes not dressed appropriately may be asked to sit out for safety reasons
