At CR8TVE, we believe showing up prepared is part of athlete development. Proper attire allows coaches to clearly see body placement, technique, alignment, and overall performance while creating a disciplined training environment for all athletes.
Please review the dress code requirements below prior to attending class.

(Dance & Cheer Ages 3–7)
Athletes are required to wear:
• Black Leotard
• Flesh Tone Transitional Tights
• Ballet Shoes (Barefoot is acceptable when instructed)
• Hair in a clean, slick-back bun
• Athletes with short hair may wear hair neatly styled away from the face
This dress code helps coaches properly evaluate posture, technique, flexibility, and foundational movement patterns.

(Ages 8+)
Athletes are required to wear:
• Black Leggings or Athletic Shorts
• Black Fitted Top or Sports Bra
• Dance Footies (Barefoot is also acceptable) / Tennis shoes for cheer
• Hair must be secured and pulled away from the face
Loose clothing should be avoided so coaches can properly evaluate technique and body alignment during training.

(Performance Classes: Hip Hop, Lyrical, Musical Theater)
Athletes may dress according to the style of dance being taught that day.
Please ensure:
• Clothing is appropriate for movement and training
• Attire allows freedom of movement
• Outfits remain age-appropriate and respectful of the training environment
• Hair should remain secured and out of the face when necessary
We encourage athletes to use these classes as an opportunity to bring personality and creativity into their movement while remaining class-ready.

(Ages 5+)
Athletes are required to wear:
• Black Leggings or Athletic Shorts
• Black Fitted Top or Sports Bra
• Tennis Shoes (Required)
• Hair must be secured and pulled away from the face
For safety purposes, tennis shoes are mandatory for all stunt and tumbling classes.

• No jewelry during class
• No baggy clothing unless approved for class style
• Hair must remain secured throughout training
• Bring a water bottle to every class
• Athletes should arrive prepared and ready to begin class on time
