Q: Who is the owner and head coach?
Jordan Taylor, founder and owner of CR8TVE. Foundations programs start at age 3, with general membership access starting at age 5, and Training Blocks available to athletes 9 and up.

Q: How can I contact CR8TVE?
Email cr8tvellc@gmail.com or message us on Instagram and/or Facebook @cr8tvefacility.

Memberships & Pricing

Q: How do memberships work?
CR8TVE memberships work differently than a traditional studio. Instead of paying for one specific class each week, a membership gives your athlete access to training opportunities within their age group and development goals — similar to a fitness membership. Families can attend sessions that best support their athlete's growth rather than being locked into a single class time.

Q: What membership options are available?
Foundations Access (Ages 3-5): $58/month, unlimited.
CR8TVE Access Pass (Ages 5+): $88/month, unlimited access to Development Blocks and Training Blocks.
Drop-In (Ages 5+): $22 per session, no membership required.

Q: What is the difference between the Access Pass and a drop-in?
The CR8TVE Access Pass ($88/mo) gives unlimited access to Development Blocks and Training Blocks for one flat monthly rate. Families who aren't ready to commit to a membership can attend any session at the $22 drop-in rate.

Q: Is there a sibling discount?
Yes. Families receive $5 off each additional sibling's membership.

Q: Is there a minimum commitment for memberships?
No. Memberships are month-to-month so families never feel locked in.

Q: Can we try a class before joining?
There isn't a free trial — new families are welcome to try any session at the $22 drop-in rate before committing to a membership.

Q: What are Training Blocks, and who can attend them?
Training Blocks are skill-focused sessions for tumbling, stunting, strength, technique, and overall athletic development, always supervised by a coach who spots and corrects as needed. Training Blocks are for ages 9 and up only. Access Pass members ages 9+ attend at no additional cost; non-members may drop in for $22 per session.

Q: My athlete is 6-8 years old — what can they attend?
Athletes ages 6-8 have access to Development Blocks. Training Blocks are reserved for ages 9 and up.

Private Training

Q: Do you offer one-on-one private lessons?
Yes. Private training is one-on-one, specialized coaching built around your athlete's individual goals — including tumbling, stunting, jumps, dance technique, flexibility, strength, conditioning, and performance development.

Q: How do I book a single private lesson?
Single 30-minute or 1-hour private lessons with Coach Jo can be booked directly on the Schedule page based on open availability.

Q: What is a Monthly Training Plan?
For athletes who want more consistent one-on-one training, CR8TVE offers custom Monthly Training Plans. Because every athlete's needs are different, these aren't booked online — instead, you submit an inquiry form and CR8TVE builds a plan around your athlete's goals, schedule, and skill level.

Q: What information should I include when requesting a Monthly Training Plan?

  • Athlete name and age
  • Parent name and phone number
  • Primary sport (cheer, dance, tumbling, etc.)
  • Specific skills to improve
  • Desired training frequency (1x, 2x, 3x weekly)
  • Preferred session length (30 or 60 minutes)
  • Preferred training days
  • Athlete's current skill level and long-term goals
  • Any injuries or limitations

Q: How soon will I hear back after booking or submitting an inquiry?
You can expect to be contacted within 24-48 hours to confirm or schedule your session.

Dress Code & What to Bring

Q: What should my athlete wear to dance training?
A black leotard, fitted athletic top, or sports bra with black shorts or black leggings, hair secured away from the face, and ballet shoes, dance footies, or bare feet depending on the session. No jeans, oversized clothing, or Crocs.

Q: What should my athlete wear to cheer training?
A fitted athletic top, sports bra, or athletic t-shirt with black shorts or black leggings, hair secured away from the face, and athletic shoes (required for all cheer training). No jewelry during training.

Q: What should my athlete wear to a private lesson?
Whatever matches the skill being trained — dance-focused privates follow the dance dress code, and cheer-focused privates follow the cheer dress code.

Q: What else should my athlete bring or know before class?
Bring a water bottle to every session and arrive 5-10 minutes early. Athletes not dressed appropriately may be asked to sit out for safety reasons.

Policies & Attendance

Q: What happens if my athlete misses a private lesson without notice?
The missed lesson will be documented, and your athlete will need to make up the lesson within the month it was paid for.

Q: What if I need to cancel a private lesson?
We ask for at least 3 hours' notice. The cancellation will be documented, and if a family cancels back-to-back sessions, a make-up lesson will not be provided.

Q: How will I be notified if the facility closes for weather or an emergency?
Families are notified by email and text, and closures are also posted on the website schedule and on our social media pages.

Q: Can parents watch class?
Parents are welcome to observe the last 5 minutes of class. For performances, families will be invited in earlier.

Looking Ahead

Q: Does CR8TVE offer performance opportunities?
Yes. CR8TVE's long-term vision includes community performance opportunities throughout the year, an Annual Summer Showcase, an Annual Winter Showcase, and creative and resume-building projects that give athletes real-world experience in dance, cheer, and performance-based work.
